Shipping, returns & privacy

The short, plain version of how we work.

Shipping & delivery

• Orders are delivered the same day or within 1 day.
• Shipping is free above the amount shown in the banner at the top of the store; below it a flat shipping fee applies (shown at checkout before you pay).
• We may call or message you on the mobile number you provide to confirm the order and delivery. Please keep your phone reachable.
• Sharing your current location at checkout is optional and only helps our delivery partner find you.

Returns & exchanges

• You can return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached.
• Contact us on the phone or WhatsApp number on our contact section with your order number to start a return.

Payments

• You can pay on delivery (cash) or by UPI where available.
• For UPI payments, your order is confirmed once we see the payment in our bank account. If a UPI payment fails or expires, the order is cancelled and nothing is charged.
• We never see or store your bank or card details.

Privacy

• We collect only what is needed to deliver your order: your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you choose to share it, your location.
• We use it to confirm, deliver and support your order, and we do not sell it. Delivery partners receive only what they need to reach you.
• To ask us to delete your details, contact us with your order number.
